With the recent AS9100D Certification RG Rollin is now quickly expanding into the Aerospace industry. After years of success working at the marine and commercial level numerous companies took interest in RG Rollin to become certified and expand to Aerospace with their exceptional product and competitively priced solutions.

Throughout the decades there has always been a need for RG Rollin to innovate on the existing products and systems they created. From ventilation operations, valve shut-offs, winch controls, custom control systems, and ball bearing controls, there's a variety of products RG Rollin provides to fit the needs and requests of all it's customers.
ABOUT US
RG Rollin was started in 1959 for the purpose to manufacture mechanical remote control systems for heavy marine applications; for the U.S. Navy and supporting private shipyards as the major customers.
The first major development came with the building of the DE-1040 class ships by Bethlehem Steel Corporation. For these ships, and successive classes, we furnished Remote Control Ventilation Operators, Remote Emergency Fuel Valve Shut-Offs, Remote Boiler Safety Valve Easing Gear Operators, and Whistle Pull Operators. Many of the above mechanical products are being supplied in retrofit programs on all classes of Frigates, Destroyers, Amphibians, Auxiliaries and Aircraft Carriers.
In the late 1970's, we became involved in the manufacturing of Remote Mechanical Winch Control Systems. Today, the R.G. Rollin Co. Winch Control Systems are used on U.S. Navy Standard Winches for the FAST and Underway Replenishment at Sea Ships.
In 1989, the R.G. Rollin Co. manufactured the SOLO Single Lever Propulsion Control. The SOLO System was made specifically to fill a niche in the marketplace for heavy duty multi-station mechanical marine applications. SOLO has allowed the application of the system to be expanded to Water Jet Buckets, Fuel Shut Downs, Gen-Set Shut Downs and Bow Thruster Systems. Currently these systems are being used worldwide on all classes of military vessels, commercial craft and large yachts.
Today the RG Rollin Co. is a AS9100D certified company. We are currently supplying the aerospace industry
with multiple types of ball bearing control cables.
